My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to all the stores and restaurants on North Prospect, but the rooms were truly disappointing with a strong smell and worn-out appearance. The friendly service was a highlight, with staff going out of their way to assist, yet the dining experience fell short of expectations.
